Separational materials

Separational materials KSV, 20SA, 10SG are intended for manufacturing of separation partition walls in alkaline and electrochemical capacitors (EC). One of the material grades is produced with a hydrophilic additive component. A temperature range from -180°С up to +60°С.

Separators from perchlorovinyl-pressed separation materials of preset size and thickness in an interval of 40-100 microns passed through hydrophilic processing. Separators are stable to the affects of acids, alkalis, salt solution, alcohols. Product maintains durability (10-15 years) being affected by concentrate aqueous solutions of alkalis (up to 40%) at the presence of oxidants. Operational temperature -180°С to +75°С.
