Special filtering materials
Filtering materials are intended for thin and ultra thin purification of the air, gases, suspended particles of the mechanical impurities and are used for producing ultra filters for thin liquid purification (fuels, oils, spirits, saturated hydrocarbons, technical and deionised waters, solutions of the substances in water and spirits, and medications), for the manufacturing of current supply separators, fuel quality indicators, for fitting valve and damper devices of pneumatic automation, for analytical filters and tapes, sampling of aerosols, including radioactive ones, with solid particles for measuring the quantities, properties and content of the trapped disperse-phase. Materials have been produced by special order in low volumes.
FPP-3/20-3.0 is intended for the manufacturing of ultra filters for thin purification of liquids from mechanical impurities. FPP represents a homogeneous layer from a mixture of perchlorovinyl filaments of 0.2-0.3 microns in diameter and filaments with an average diameter of 1.5-2.5 microns with a ratio of the lengths of thin and thick filaments of at least 20:1. An effective range of temperatures from 0°С to +60°С.
FPP-D (damper) is intended for fitting of valves and damper elements in pneumoautomatics, for thin air and gases purification and for the manufacturing of analytical filters.
FPP-D-4 is intended for thin purification of liquids, fuel, oils, including aviation oil, from suspended particles, mechanical impurities. It can be applied to thin purification of air and gases. It can also be applied to the manufacturing of separation partitions in acid accumulators. Temperature range from -250°С up to +60°С.
FPSF-15-1.5 is intended for thin air purifying from aero dispersible impurities, including micro-organisms, bacteria, and viruses. Can be used in fine air and gas filters, analytical filters, etc. The material is made of a polysulfone and maintains processing (sterilization) by a live steam with temperature up to 120°С. The material is stable to the affects of weak acids, strong alkalis, saturated hydrocarbons, and oils.
LFS-2 is intended for the sampling of aerosols, including radioactive ones, with firm particles, for measuring of the amount, properties and structure of the caught disperse-phase. LFS-2 can be applied to the fabrication of analytical aerosol filters AFA, for thin clearing of air, gases, and fluids.
NEL-3 is intended for the sampling of aerosols, including radioactive ones, with firm particles, for measuring of amount, properties and structure of a caught disperse-phase. NEL-3 can be used for fabrication of analytical aerosol filters AFA, for thin clearing of air, gases, and fluids.
