Filtering material FPP-3/20-3.0
FPP-3/20-3.0 is intended for the fabrication of ultra-filters for the thin clearing of mechanical impurities from fluids.
FPP-3/20-3.0 material represents a uniform layer from a mixture of fibres with a diameter of 0.2-0.3 μm and fibres with an average diameter of 1.5-2.5 μm at a proportion of lengths of thin and thick fibres of at least 20:1.
FPP-3/20-3.0 material looks like a uniform smooth fibrous layer, slightly glued from one side, without through holes, sights, and which is well distinguished from the basic layer; without lines and spots, and solid inclusions in a size of more than 1 mm.
FPP-3/20-3.0 has hydrophobic properties, is stable in strong acids, alkalis, alcohols, saturated hydrocarbons. It is diluted in aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, and ketones, and swells in plastifiers. The material does not alter its properties at temperatures ranging from -60°C up to +60°C.

The conformity of FPP-3/20-3.0 to the technical requirements is guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the time of fabrication, in the case of the observance of conditions of transportation and storage by the consumer.
